About the Living Well Partnership l flyer
The Partnership's goals are to:
- Develop and support a network committed to healthy living.
- Provide opportunities for people to be active and eat healthy.
- Educate the public and professionals about nutrition and physical activity.
- Advocate for policy, practice, and facility changes that support healthy living.
The Living Well Partnership:
- Sponsors an annual Family Fun Day. The goal is to encourage children and their families to eat more vegetables, fruits and low-fat dairy foods and to increase their physical activity.

Living Well at Work Resource Kits
The Madison County Living Well Partnership welcomes you to Living Well at Work, a resource kit to assist your worksite in improving the health of its employees and includes three topic areas: healthy eating, physical activity and breastfeeding-friendly workplace. Creating a supportive environment through one or more of these areas will contribute to better health for employees.
Each of the three resource kits below contains ideas for making the work environment healthier, a sample policy, web sites for further information, and a quick and easy resource to get you started.

Living Well At Work Healthy Eating Resources
New in 2011, the Madison County Living Well Partnership now offers worksite healthy eating resources based on three themes that align with the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Each theme includes posters, tips that may be emailed to staff, and activity ideas that support each message.

2nd Annual Madison County Living Well at Work Award
On November 6th, 2009 the Living Well Partnership announced the Community Action Partnership (CAP) of Madison County, Cazenovia College, and Cazenovia Children's House as the three winners of the second annual Living Well at Work Award l press release
